Shipping
- US: free tracked shipping, 10–20 business days.
- Australia: free standard shipping.
- Other countries: flat rate at checkout.
You'll get a tracking number when your order ships. Accessories may arrive separately.
Cancellations
Orders can't be cancelled or changed once placed.
Returns
Contact us first. Return postage is paid by the customer, and refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the kit. For a replacement part, just send your order number and a photo.
Your rights under consumer law are not affected.
